This is where all the planning and preparation evolves into reality.
However, planting is usually one of the last things to happen in the process!
We always assess the soil first, and may need to add organic compost to the borders, especially in very heavy clay areas.
Trees, large shrubs and certain plants can require specific nutrients dependent on their species, size, the soil type and situation, so other composts may also be recommended.
Following the plan as a template (if there is one), we will place the potted plants out in the spaces requiring planting, to assess the overall look and may make changes.
Dependent on the size of your garden and what is being planted will determine how long the job will take.
Mulching or a fine composted woodchip may be recommended, to finish off the borders and provide a low maintenance solution to the prevention of weeds growing.
Please note that we do not provide landscaping, but are very happy to recommend good, trusted and experienced landscapers to help with any larger scale requirements.
